I've paid for a domain name and it's still in "pending" status.

If you have registered a domain name with us and it is still showing up as "pending" after an hour, there might be a few reasons why this has happened: 
  • You are a new customer and this is your first order. We carry out random security checks to ensure that fraudulent orders are identified and prevented. We'll check the order ASAP and decide on the outcome.
  • The particular domain extension has eligibility criteria which means you might not be able to automatically qualify for a domain of that extension. If this is the case, we'll manually check the order and release it for processing if you are eligible to register that domain.
  • There has been an error in communication between our servers and those of the TLD registrar. In this case our systems will automatically re-attempt registration after a set period of time. If the registration attempts fail for more than 3 times, the order will be flagged for manual processing.
